Yorozuya Store Policies

1. Ordering Policy
All products available in the Yorozuya store can only be ordered through our website. Orders cannot be transferred to any of our accounts on other platforms, such as our Instagram account.
2. On-Demand Sourcing Service
Yorozuya operates on a unique On-Demand Sourcing model. If this method does not align with your expectations, we recommend reconsidering your order, as we will not accept complaints regarding this policy.
3. Stock and Availability
We do not keep stock of products displayed on our website. Some products may be unavailable at the time of order. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the unavailable products, but we will not cancel the entire order. We do not check the availability of specific products before purchase, as this is time-consuming. Products will only be sourced after payment is confirmed.
4. Order Cancellation
Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled for any reason. If you wish to add items, you must place a separate order.
5. Order Combination and Shipping

6. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery or buy now, pay later services.
7. Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 5 to 7 days. However, preparation may take longer for exclusive or hard-to-find items or during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that we do not accept urgent orders or specified date orders under any circumstances.

9. Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be applied to orders placed on our website and are not valid for other uses, such as occasional live shopping.
10. Gift Wrapping
We do not offer gift-wrapping services to ensure products are safely packaged.
11. Random Products
Some products are displayed as random, and characters or shapes cannot be chosen; specific character selection is not available. Please be aware that you cannot choose the content of the product or specify the shape or character.
12. Payment Method Disclaimer
We do not recommend prepaid credit card payment methods due to their inflexibility. If you choose to pay with a prepaid card, please be aware that this card may not accept cash back or refunds; our store is not responsible for any payments that cannot be refunded due to the unique function of this card.
13. Shipping Policy

14. Address Accuracy
It is crucial that your shipping address is written correctly in the address field to avoid any delays or loss of the package during shipping. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Please ensure to provide your full, correct address, as we will not check or verify the accuracy of the provided address.
15. Product Conditions
Customizations or modifications to products are not accepted. All items are provided as listed, and no additional conditions can be imposed.
16. Unclaimed Shipments
If you do not collect your shipment upon arrival in your country, it may be returned to Japan or disposed of by the shipping company if you do not respond. If your package returns to our warehouse, you will need to request reshipping. In this case, shipping will incur additional charges, including a shipping fee and handling fees. If we do not hear back from you after sending a notification email during the due time, we reserve the right to dispose of the order, and no amount will be refunded.
17. Bank Transfer Payments
For orders paid by bank transfer, payment must be completed within 48 hours. Orders will be canceled unless payment is received within this timeframe. If you make a late payment after 48 hours, our store will not be responsible for the delay. We strictly encourage you to pay on time, as no refunds will be issued for late payments. 18. Payment Invoice Submission
If you pay by bank transfer, please email your payment receipt within 48 hours. Provide this receipt to avoid automatic order cancellation with no refunds. Please note that we do not accept payment invoice submissions on any other account or platform. The only way to submit a copy of your payment invoice is through our email. 19. Shipment Tracking
When we fulfill your order, we will send you a tracking number. Please note that tracking your shipment is your responsibility. We do not track your order on your behalf, and we are not responsible for any package disposal or returns to Japan due to non-collection or lack of response on your part.
20. Refund Policy
