How to Apply for Jam3li Combine & Ship Service

  2. Complete all required fields and submit the form.
  3. Our team will review your application within 7 to 10 days.
  4. If accepted, you'll receive a membership code to start combining your orders.

To use the Jam3li Combine & Ship Service, follow these simple steps:

  1. Apply for Jam3li Membership:
    Fill out the application form on our website to become a VIP member.
  2. Receive Your VIP Membership Code: 
    If your application is accepted, we'll email you a membership code for the Jam3li service.
  3. Place Your Orders at Our Store
    When you place orders at our store, enter your membership code in the coupon section at checkout. The shipping costs will automatically be removed from the order, signaling that they will be combined with future purchases.
  4. Notify Us to Ship:
    Once you're ready to ship your combined orders, email us at info@yorozuyastore.com. We will prepare your orders and send you an invoice for the total shipping cost based on the weight and size of the final package.
  5. Track Your Combined Shipment:
    After your package is shipped, you will receive one tracking number to monitor your combined shipment.

  • Note: Combining orders reduces the number of shipments, but shipping fees are still calculated based on the final weight and size of the combined package.

 

Combine & Ship Policies

  • Orders can be combined and stored for up to 8 weeks.
  • Please understand that submitting the application form does not mean that the membership is accepted. You need to wait for the application result.
  • Combining orders does not eliminate shipping fees; instead, you'll pay a single shipping fee based on the total size and weight of the combined package.
  • We do not combine food, sweets, drinks, or any items with short expiration dates due to the potential risk of expired goods.
  • Suppose the combined volume of your order exceeds available packaging sizes. In that case, we may need to split your shipment into multiple boxes.
  • Due to limited storage space, we may need to ship your order earlier than the 8-week limit. We will inform you in advance if this happens.
  • Combine & Ship service members need to have a general understanding of international shipping costs to avoid any potential conflict.
