No Refunds for Other Reasons:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product that does not fall under the categories of "damaged" or "incorrect."

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom items (e.g., special orders, personalized products), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, are non-returnable.

 
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period:
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, this does not apply to customers outside the European Union.
