Shipping services to the Middle East have resumed through FedEx and EMS (Japan Post).

We are now able to dispatch orders to the region again.

However, due to the ongoing regional situation and possible operational adjustments by shipping carriers, delivery delays may occur depending on developments in the area.

We appreciate your understanding as logistics operations continue to stabilize.

Affected Destinations

Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Qatar

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Jordan

  • Lebanon

  • Iraq

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and regional conditions.

📦 Handling of Existing Orders

Orders Held During the Suspension

Orders that were previously held during the temporary suspension are now being prepared for dispatch.

These orders will be shipped in the order they were originally received.

Returned Shipments

If any shipment was returned during the suspension period, it will be reprocessed and shipped again as soon as possible.

⏱ Possible Delivery Delays

Although shipments have resumed, delivery times may be longer than usual due to:

  • Carrier operational adjustments

  • Route changes or safety procedures

  • Temporary logistical congestion

We recommend allowing additional transit time during this period.

الطلبات التي تم تعليقها سابقًا

الطلبات التي كانت محفوظة خلال فترة التعليق يتم الآن تجهيزها للشحن.

وسيتم إرسالها حسب ترتيب استلام الطلبات.

الشحنات المرتجعة

إذا كانت هناك شحنات قد عادت خلال فترة التعليق، فسيتم إعادة تجهيزها وإرسالها مرة أخرى في أقرب وقت ممكن.

⏱ احتمال وجود تأخير في التسليم

رغم استئناف الشحن، قد تكون مدة التوصيل أطول من المعتاد بسبب:
